I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
I study how people’s motivations shape their thoughts and behaviors, and the implications of this for workplace performance. My research focuses on two topic areas. In one, I study factors that motivate moral judgments and unethical behaviors. In the other, I investigate how beliefs about creativity motivate creative performance. My research draws on methods and theory from Social Psychology and Organizational Behavior.
